Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develops hardware or software based CNO capabilities
- Supports operations planning, scenario testing, and execution.
- Performs applied research and development to analyze, design, and identify desired programmatic behaviors.
- Evaluates and analyzes complex malicious code through the use of tools, including disassemblers, debuggers, hex editors, un-packers, virtual machines, and network sniffers
- Develops and executes plans for new technologies to enhance security capabilities including, perimeter security protections, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, monitoring tools, and data analytics and analysis.
- Verifies the quality of CNO capabilities.Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices
- Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
- May lead functional teams or projects
- Requires depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized area and general knowledge of related areas
- Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services
- May lead teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity
- Leads others to solve complex problems; uses analytical thinking, tools, and judgement to identify innovative solutions
- Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project or service objectives; work is guided by department objectives
- Communicates complex concepts; anticipates potential objections and influences others to adopt a different point of view
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- Requries Bachelor’s Degree in Cybersecurity, Engineering, or Computer Science, and 7 or more years of relevant experience (software development, large-scale agile delivery, large-scale scrum, SAFe or Spotify models)
- Familiarity with Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO)
- TS/SCI Clearance
Desired Qualification:
- SAFe certification

Target Salary Range
$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.Apply for this role
