CNC Roll Operator

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Roll Operator to join our production team. The CNC Roll Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer-controlled roll forming and plate rolling machinery. This role involves forming metal materials into specific shapes and diameters per customer and engineering specifications, ensuring product quality and machine efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC roll forming and plate rolling machines for steel and alloy materials.
  
  
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and production work orders.
  
  
• Program CNC machines with proper dimensions and parameters based on material type and thickness.
  
  
• Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures, and sample Diameters.
  
  
• Monitor the forming process to ensure correct shape, alignment, and surface quality.
  
  
• Identify and correct machine malfunctions or performance issues.
  
  
• Perform regular maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
  
  
• Log production data, maintain accurate records, and report on output and downtime.
  
  
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
