Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:
Enovis is seeking a CNC Machine Programming Supervisor to lead and support CNC programming activities within our Austin manufacturing site. This role is responsible for providing daily direction to the CNC programming function while developing, modifying, optimizing, and maintaining CNC programs that support machining operations for orthopedic implant components and related medical device products.
The CNC Machine Programming Supervisor will partner closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Operations to ensure CNC programs and machining processes are efficient, repeatable, compliant, and capable of meeting production and quality requirements. This role requires strong technical CNC programming expertise, leadership capability, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced, regulated manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can coach and support team members, troubleshoot complex machining challenges, and drive performance related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, compliance, and continuous improvement
