Closing Cook (11am- 7pm)

In this important role, working from 11 AM to 7 PM, you will be responsible for the preparation and cooking of our dinner offerings, ensuring that every dish meets our high standards for taste and presentation. Your culinary expertise will contribute to a warm and inviting dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dinner items, including main courses, sides, and desserts, following established recipes and guidelines.
• Ensure that all food is prepared and served safely, maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene.
• Set up and manage the dinner service line to ensure a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management and restock supplies as necessary.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, keeping the work area safe and sanitary at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and culinary skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
