About the Role

Oversee the daily clinical duties and to provide coaching staff in a professional and efficient manner.       

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in training and orientating new hires
• Maintain workflow of clinical associate and advise Practice Manager of any issues
• Assist Providers during the daily operations
• Keep track of scope/equipment repairs
• Keep track of supplies and ordering when needed
• Maintain supplies in all clinical rooms
• Other duties as assigned

What We Expect from You

·High School Diploma/Associates degree

·NYS LPN/RN license required

·Two years previous clinical experience required

Reasoning Ability

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have thorough knowledge in computer information systems.
