Acentra seeks a Clinical Support Technician (Hybrid within Auburn, AL) to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Clinical Support Technician assists the Lock-In manager with operating the Lock-In program. This includes working with individuals identified for the lock-in program to set up pharmacy and/or provider in accordance with state regulations. This position also assists with managing patient records. Data enters project specific information. Project a professional company image through written and verbal interaction. Assists with projects as defined and under the direct supervision of clinical account managers. 

 

 

*Position is hybrid, and requires candidates to be based in Auburn, AL. Once a week traveling to the office in Auburn, AL.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  •  Data enters information into the KEPRO/Client database. Corrects errors, if needed.
  • Performs monitoring tasks of the KEPRO/Client database. Notifies management of errors and/or problems.
  • Assisting members, pharmacies, prescribers, and HMOs with any lock in related questions and concerns
  • Gathering the required information for members who are needing restriction changes
  • Updating folders with any approved restriction changes
  • Update assignment sheets and initial/change letters
  • Sending lock in letters to members, pharmacies, prescribers, and HMOs
  • Meet and/or exceed quality, attendance, and adherence standards.
  • Provide / assist in training of other employees.
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $19.00-20.00 per hour

“Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant’s placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.”

Requirements

Required Qualifications/Experience:

  •  Position is hybrid, and requires candidates to be based in Auburn, AL. Once a week traveling to the office in Auburn, AL
  • Minimum – High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Certified Pharmacy Technician Certificate required.

 

Preferred Qualifications/Experience:

 

  •  Preferred – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/ university.
