Its mission is to streamline multi-channel access, enriched by clinical input from supported service lines.

Clinical Quality Project Manager – Consumer Experience & Access

As a Clinical Quality Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of centralized nurse triage by:
✅ Leading quality assurance initiatives to enhance clinical documentation and compliance.
✅ Analyzing workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
✅ Implementing innovative solutions based on data analytics and best practices.
✅ Collaborating with nursing leaders and clinical teams to drive positive patient outcomes.
✅ Developing standardized processes to enhance patient access and experience.

This is a full time, days position located at our corporate office in Midtown Manhattan.

Preferred Criteria

• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or PhD in Nursing
• Telehealth experience
• Triage experience
• Experience with CRM technology
• Extensive experience with data analysis and reporting workbench in Epic

Required Criteria

• Master’s degree in a related field
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active NYS RN license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Current national certification in relevant field (or ability to obtain within the first year of service)
• Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• 2+ years of experience in a quality or supervisory role
• Epic experience
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Salary Range:

$145,000-$193,000/Annual
