Title: Clinical Director - Applied Behavior Analysis

Northeast Arc’s Residential & Living Supports program is a cornerstone of its mission to empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities. With over 40 years of experience, Northeast Arc offers a wide range of innovative and flexible residential services tailored to meet the diverse needs of individuals and their families. These services include 24-hour residential support, independent and shared living arrangements, specialized housing for individuals with complex medical or behavioral needs, and Adult Family Care.

Job Summary: The Clinical Director develops, implements, and oversees residential services Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program for individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and autism. They will provide leadership, supervision, and strategic direction to ensure high-quality, evidence-based behavioral interventions are provided.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Leads development, implementation and evaluation of Residential Services Division ABA program
  • Provides guidance and mentorship to Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other direct support staff as the program evolves
  • Acts as the primary point of contact for supporting positive behavioral supports (PBS) with external entities including regulators, payers and licensing bodies
  • Works closely with managers, direct support staff and nursing by providing clinical guidance and overseeing the development of behavioral support plans
  • Collects information and completes full behavioral assessments through onsite observations. Records/data reviews and interviews including interdisciplinary teams, families and other providers
  • Consults with the Human Rights Committee on a monthly and as needed basis, including review of behavior support plans, waivers, and any health-related devices utilized for behavior modification

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctor's in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field.
  • BCBA certification required
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in ABA therapy and the provision of PBS, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule, some evenings and on call as needed

Job Type: Full time
Pay Rate: $95,000-$100,000/annual

Monday through Friday 9 am to 5 pm
