The Clinical Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for supervising all clinic operations and staff. Clinical Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible to ensure all personnel are properly equipped to perform their duties as well as monitoring all policies, procedures and productivity of the clinic. In the absence of the Program Director, the Clinical Coordinator will be the primary point of contact.

Reports To: Program Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduit between WoundCentrics and Host facility as delegated
  • Collaborate with other WoundCentrics service lines
  • Appropriately staff to ensure adequate staff for scheduled patient care
  • Assume responsibility for the center in the absence of the Program Director
  • Ensure timely processing of referrals
  • Monitor and evaluates all center activities to ensure the highest quality patient care and compliance
  • Ensure financial stewardship and utilization of resources
  • Participate in case management; oversees case management program in the absence of the Program Director
  • Organize, schedule and direct monthly staff meetings in the absence of the Program Director
  • Ensure accurate data collection for required metrics
  • Attend all scheduled meetings with Host facility and WoundCentrics leadership as requested
  • Adhere to all HIPAA and company policies and procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Exceptional Time Management skills
  • Good Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Customer Service oriented with a focus on patient satisfaction

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 1+ years of Supervisory experience
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Work Location and Schedule Expectations:

  • Assigned facility
  • No remote scheduling available
  • Hourly schedule as assigned

Working Conditions and Physical Demands:

The employee is frequently required to stand for extended periods of time and sit intermittently. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to ten pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty pounds. This position involves intensive work that may consistently require lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling or otherwise moving objects, such as medical equipment or patients while providing medical care. Specific hearing and vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and adjust focus.
