Client Technology Advocate DirectorAbout your role:
The Client Technology Advocate (CTA) serves as the keystone for successful technology outcomes for the aligned Fiserv Business groups. The CTA is a true technologist with an acute commercial orientation who ensures a measured and purposeful approach to the provisioning of the world class solutions that empower the Fiserv brand. The CTA leads holistically across multiple verticals within Fiserv technology services and acts as the catalyst for service excellence while promoting accountability for stable, secure, and resilient platforms and products to enable Fiserv Clients.
What you’ll do:
- Lead as the single point of accountability to a critical Client, the Business and to the FTS organization for technology service provisioning.
- Combine technical and commercial acumen and expertise to enable business profitability in the technology solution portfolio.
- Evolve the provision and availability of technology platforms across the supported scope, incorporating an increasing portfolio of Cloud tenants.
- Optimize technology utilization across the spectrum of internal and external stakeholders, in line with functional, security and financial goals.
- Drive efficient technology outcomes by leveraging initiative management, new product adoption, automation, and lifecycle management opportunities to the fullest.
- Partner directly with the CIOs and Business Leads to define and execute critical business objectives.
- Consistently advocate for our clients with ownership of, and accountability for the technology change roadmap within the supported scope.
Experience you’ll need to have:
- 10+ years of related technical and business experience, preferably within Financial Services and Payments Technology Industries.
- 7+ years of experience building and maintaining an organization with authoritative knowledge of IT functions in multiple enterprise systems.
- 7+ years of experience working within the ITIL framework and business operations, policies, and practices and of the industry supported.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Strong knowledge of emerging technology and the application of the technology in global environments – particularly enterprise level, high volume processing environments.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and thought leadership, ability to influence decision makers and gain consensus on difficult issues.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills, coupled with a highly collaborative ability to work across a global and matrixed organization with the ability to identify, develop and find innovative business and technology solutions for clients.
- Knowledge and expertise of the production architecture that brings together product development, clients, and infrastructure providers.

- Fiserv emphasizes in-person collaboration to help you grow your career while shaping the future of fintech, this role is on-site Monday through Friday.
- This role requires the use of a computer and audio equipment.
Travel:
- There may be up to 20% of travel each year.

Salary Range
$186,000.00 - $285,600.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
