About the role

This is a remote position.

Note:
This job post is solely open to Philippine residents.

Job Highlights:
• 40 hours per week
• Permanent work from home
• Monday to Friday
• 9am to 6pm FL Time

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for onboarding new customers,
• Assist with policy changes, policy applications, policy renewals, billing, and claims management
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Keep records of customer interactions
• Process customer accounts and file documents
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
• Meet annual cross-sale and customer referral goals
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements

• Problem Solver – Ability to think for themselves and is passionate about solving problems for others
• Organization – Very organized and with the ability to sort thru multiple streams of data
• Patient – Applicant has a calm demeanor and the ability to make our others feel at ease when handling their issues
• Hardworking – Applicant is devoted to his/her responsibilities and is always working to be better
• Teachable – Applicant enjoys learning new task
• Technology Focus – Applicant has is confident in working with technology via computers, software, phone systems, etc
• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Willing to work while the camera is on
