About the role

WellSky is seeking a Client Success Operations Analyst to join our Advisory Outsource Services team. This role is responsible for supporting the AOS Client Success team with analytics, reporting, business review data and escalation of client risk.

 

A day in the life! 

You will be responsible for the following: 

  • Organizing and maintaining internal resources: Shared content, SharePoint sites, teams, relevant business and/or market information
  • Reviewing client facing communications with key stakeholders, managing and monitoring process completion of client facing communications as needed
  • Analyzing, implementing, and monitoring AOS Client key KPIs and business initiatives to identify client health or retention risk
  • Working with solutions management to support new product launches, retention campaigns, and monitoring selling of strategic add-ons
  • Collaborating with business leaders, strategic planning, marketing, finance, and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future business objectives and goals
  • Assisting in organizing financial modeling of strategic opportunities for business units
  • Providing reporting to Manager of KPI trends and account escalation potential
  • Communicating account status to management timely

 

Do you have what it takes? 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field
  • Direct experience in data analysis in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Salesforce and healthcare industry
  • Change management
