Job Description
We are seeking a Client Success Manager who is passionate about marketing, technology, and e-commerce. You will report to our VP, Client Services.
We're looking for someone that will have a focus on client retention and digital marketing strategy and will work closely with the Client Success and Growth Strategy teams for campaign development, building client relationships, and cross-functional team efforts. Client Success Managers will have the support of Project Managers, Data and Reporting Analysts, and Campaign Managers to ensure we can offer best-in-class service to our clients.
You should have experience planning, executing and reporting on digital media campaigns, specifically across Paid Social and Paid Search. You'll have the ability to be client-facing throughout the relationship and the position will often involve dealing with clientele.
Responsibilities:
- You will support the team to develop culturally relevant and impactful campaigns that connect with consumers
- You will assist in onboarding all incoming clients and work side by side with account teams to assist with overall marketing strategies
- You will handle all day-to-day project tracking and management with internal cross-functional teams (e.g. content, advertising, media strategy, social, etc.) and assist in process improvement across the campaign team.
- You have an understanding of Media Attribution across multiple channels with a focus on holistic measurement and the ability to see the bigger picture and identify opportunities for upselling additional marketing channels
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, relevant experience, or Digital Marketing Certification
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as a digital marketing or e-commerce, on the client/brand side or experience as an account manager on the agency/vendor side
- Experience working at a large media agency
- Familiarity with the fundamentals of Meta, Google and TikTok advertising
- Intermediate knowledge of content management, CRO, and SEO
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Experience with planning and strategizing brand growth
- Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Media Buyers, and our finance teams to define business needs and translate them into Data Analytics solutions
This role is remote friendly.
Additional Information
The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000-$110,400.
Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
