WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

The Client Success Associate – Higher Education supports the Tech Research & Advisory team and directly contributes to recurring revenue stability, client satisfaction, and upselling opportunities. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with higher education clients and their executive teams to ensure successful engagement with their subscription. 
  • Partner with Strategic Advisors and Analysts to identify client priorities, align solutions, and drive measurable return on investment. 
  • Conduct regular account reviews and support the full client journey from onboarding to renewal. 
  • Analyze client data and intake survey results to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities for deeper engagement. 
  • Provide management with updates on client needs, feedback, competitive activity, and opportunities for new services. 
  • Support client calls, renewal conversations, and upselling discussions to strengthen account growth and retention. 
  • Maintain awareness of higher education technology trends, industry shifts, and competitive insights to inform client strategies. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and account health within CRM systems. 

WHAT YOU’LL BRING: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Communications, or a related field (preferred). 
  • One (1) or more years of experience in client success, account management, or consulting, ideally within higher education or SaaS/subscription-based services. 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders. 
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. 
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data visualization or reporting software is a plus.
