Labcorp is seeking a Client Services Representative to join a dynamic team in support of our San Diego, CA lab. This position will work with physician offices, hospital laboratories, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently, resulting in exceptional client and patient care. The Client Services Representative handles a wide variety of needs from simple to complex, working within a caring and supportive team that strives to provide a world-class customer experience. **Pay Range: $17.25 - $35.16 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 7:30am -4pm

Job Responsibilities
Act a liaison between Labcorp, the customer base and patients and sales reps
Communicate with all laboratory departments along with outreach to other Labcorp sites
Answer and assist incoming call requests status updates, patient test medications, updating patient/client information and supplies requests
Investigate and resolve any patient or client concerns in a timely manner
Interact with internal and external customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner while following documented quality protocols
Participate in activities designed to improve employee satisfaction, customer satisfaction and team performance
Work in multiple databases to manage and resolve a wide variety of needs related to patient cases within any stage of testing
Review test forms for accuracy, resolve and document any discrepancies
Perform administrative support for medical record management and CRM data maintenance to assure HIPAA compliance
Flexibility and willingness to perform other job-related tasks as requested, in support of the lab’s success and overall patient care
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Associate's degree or higher is preferred
Previous experience in a customer service role
Contact center/call center experience is preferred
Prior healthcare industry experience is a plus, such as a physician's office or a hospital
Experienced in managing multiple applications, using two monitors, with strong organizational skills
