Client Services Rep II

This position is required to be on-site and is located in Greenville, NC.

The Client Services Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and supporting the lab team in a professional capacity. Responding to client inquiries will require triaging and directing to appropriate personnel. 

 

What you will do:

• ​Communicate with staff and customers via telephone, email, and in-person interactions.  
• ​Answer inquiries related to client reports, pricing, supply ordering, and lab services. 
• ​Assist with monitoring accounts receivable/payable and maintain confidential records and files.  
• ​Generating and distributing lab reports to clients. 
• ​Other duties as required. ​ 

 

What you will bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
