Client Services Associate

The Client Service Associate primary responsibility will be to address customer inquiries for their respective natural gas and power services, inquires will included customer add/drops, billing and usage inquires. The incumbent will also be required to manage opportunity setup in the company CRM system and support internal and external sales resources as necessary.

• Interface with clients, sales reps, and the utility company to discuss why accounts are not being supplied by the contracted supplier with a focus on educating clients of said problems and highlighting a proposed solution. Clients will receive consultative services at each interaction to enhance their experience using Albireo Energy as their energy management company.
• Retain accurate records within the Albireo Energy Database to identify dropped or enrolled accounts, date of drop or enrollment, and record of path to resolution. May require generation of updated Albireo Energy contracts and coordination with other departments to ensure services promised are delivered.
• Utilize ticketing software for communications with clients, sales reps, and suppliers to provide transparency of solutions and to record impacts on annualized Albireo revenue.
• Audit customer records for accuracy of services provided. Update Albireo database where appropriate and inform client and/or sales rep if any adverse situations should occur also while providing a path to resolution.
• Contact the utility company on behalf of the client to activate or deactivate utility services as authorized through service contracts.
• Interface with clients through inbound or outbound efforts via phone and email to ensure the value of products and services provided are understood by the client and are accurately meeting their needs. Troubleshoot any errors that may arise, acting as a customer advocate and liaison between departments and companies. Ensure full resolution of said problem along with client satisfaction and knowledge of said resolution.
• Highlight further sales leads and opportunities to sales department
• Provide clients with UtilityModule access & training. May involve auditing clients’ accounts to ensure we are tracking their full portfolio; update Albireo contracts where needed. May also involve a review of our access to the data by either collecting customer data access points or creating access yourself.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 5-7 years’ experience
• Strong communication, customer service, and supplier relations skills
• Work well independently and in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task and demonstrate great attention to detail
