Client Service team - Summer Internship 2025

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Summer Intern to join our Client Service team. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a service oriented team focused on Asset Manager mutual fund operations.   As a key contributor, you will support the team on various key initiatives that help enhance team efficiency and contribute to our success.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Assist team with various day to day administrative tasks

• Coordinate tracking/updates of unpaid client invoices

• Participate in client meetings to support overall relationship

• Assisting with Ad hoc project initiatives

                                                                          

Specific Qualifications/ Skills:

• Detail-orientated and the ability to multi-task

• Strong interpersonal, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a team

Experience and Qualifications:

• Working toward Degree in Accounting , Finance, or Business-related area preferred.

Salary Range:

$15,600 - $58,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
