Melrose Animal Clinic, a busy six-doctor AAHA-accredited veterinary hospital, is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our front desk and customer care team.
This role is ideal for someone with customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced veterinary environment, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to pet owners.

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Answering high-volume phones and responding to client inquiries
• Scheduling veterinary appointments and managing calendars
• Greeting clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
• Processing payments and handling money accurately
• Performing light cleaning and front-desk maintenance
• Utilizing veterinary software and computer systems
• Multitasking efficiently while maintaining a positive, friendly attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service or receptionist experience required
• Veterinary receptionist or veterinary CSR experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy veterinary hospital setting
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
