? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcoming clients with a smile (even when it’s over the phone) and helping them feel at ease
• Checking in appointments, answering phones, and managing daily scheduling with accuracy and grace
• Assisting with client questions, service estimates, and appointment reminders
• Processing invoices, payments, and keeping records organized and up to date
• Working closely with our veterinary team to ensure every client and patient receives timely, seamless support
• Helping maintain a calm, efficient front desk—because pets and their people count on us

• A background in customer service or administrative work (veterinary experience is a bonus, not a must)
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
