SUMMARY:
Our Client Service Department consistently strives for service excellence. The Client Service Manager directly supports the Client Service Director as well as Client Service teams (all locations) and is responsible for leading, managing and coaching Client Service supervisors and staff. The Manager is a member of the Client Service leadership team and represents the organization at the leader level.
This is a full-time, Exempt role based out of Folsom, CA with 3 days of in-office work. The ideal candidate would be open to be in the office all five days of the work week during their training period.
The base salary range for this role is $105,000-$135,000 per year, with potential for an annual bonus of 10% and merit increase based off their performance and the companies performance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
- Performance management; communicating job expectations, monitoring and appraising performance, coaching, developing and disciplining employees
- Identifying trends and creating strategic goals, defining objectives and measuring results
- Maintaining high service excellence standards by enforcing quality and service standards
- Researching and resolving client, advisor, co-worker and senior management issues
- Managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5 or more years of supervisory experience leading teams * 7 or more years RIA or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent financial experience
- Series 65 license; preferred but not required
- Passion to serve clients, advisor partners and co-workers in team environment
- Strict attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily responsibilities
- Mentoring skills for developing junior level CSRs
- Proficient usage of Allworth Financial technology, Salesforce and Microsoft Office
- Outstanding and consistent demonstration of Allworth Financials’ core values
