Client Service Consultant

What does a Client Service Consultant do at Fiserv?

You will be the primary liaison between the client and Fiserv Partner Solutions, serving as a trusted advisor, system consultant and market / industry expert responsible for the daily service relationship with the client. You’ll ensure that the client's operational, product, and service needs are satisfied as well as be the first point of escalation and serve as a knowledge resource for less tenured client service analysts.

What you will do:
• Provide service support to both internal and external clients for specific products.
• Define and/or resolve moderately complex customer problems.
• Have full product service issue accountability, including incident reports, communication center notification, service records, adhering to client service level agreements, monitoring liability issues and escalation to management when appropriate.
• Provide consultative servicing to meet client and company objectives.
• Control liability exposure, interpret, and communicate industry standards, update internal systems, communicate enhancements with expertise in product specific transactions, screens, and reports.
• Act in a supervisory role by training, developing, coaching, and guiding a team of analysts.  Review pending items regularly with team members.  Coach/Counsel on an informal basis.  

What you need to have:
• High school diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
• 3 years of business-to-business customer service experience.

• 1+ years of industry experience in a customer facing role.

What would be great to have:

• Merchant ISO experience.
• Knowledge of Fiserv’s products, platforms, systems, and operational areas.
• Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt to new situations, changes in direction and altering priorities.
 

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Nevada, Rhode Island or Washington.
