Your team

Client Relations is responsible for overseeing the intake and resolution of both written and verbal client complaint cases. Your role will focus on both sides of that work. This hybrid role requires exceptional organization, clear communication, and time management skills. You need to be able to multitask and prioritize between your work assignments and clearly communicate with management about division of time and outstanding tasks. The Client Relations representative should have the ability to work independently where needed and yet identify the appropriate opportunities to collaborate on matters and ask questions when guidance is needed and then incorporate the instruction given.

Your expertise

• Experience within the financial sector
• Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and experience in the financial services industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $60000 to $77000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
