What You'll Do
- Transfer inbound calls/leads to appropriate account executives
- Handle mail scans/correspondence for outgoing documentation
- Gather information and appropriately input into databases
- Assign calls appropriately in our databases
- Communicate with team and various sales managers daily
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
What You'll Need
- · Associates degree preferred or related work experience
- · 1-2 years of administrative, clerical or customer service experience
- · Ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner
- · Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
- · Strong customer service, organizational and communication skills
- · Driven and motivated to learn new skills and be successful
