Client management Officer (m/f)

We are looking for an experienced customer administration officer in charge of the claims to the clients of the company and accounting treatment.

Responsibilities

• • Claim of the outstanding debts in coordination with the responsible departments and excellent experience of the client.
  • Regular reports of the situation of the clients accounts, claims and problems. Also the situation of current projects and improvements.
  • Documents / Invoices accounting.
  • Accounted documents checking.
  • Treasury department support.
  • Countable closing support and monthly deviation analysis.

Requirements

• Degree related with Administration and Finance
• 5 years minimum experience in recovery and claim management.
• Office 365 skills
• Social skills with a focussed client view.
• Ability to liaise with cross-functional teams.

 

Languages:

Spanish, bilingual

English, minimum C-1
