We are builders, and we’re looking for a Client Experience Manager who is ready to build alongside us.
The Client Experience Manager supports Watson’s Contract Furniture division and thrives on cultivating productive, positive relationships with industry professionals; A&D firms, dealers, end-users, and sales partners. You’ll bring clarity to complex projects, champion the Watson product line, and guide projects from early concept to pre-installation with care, accuracy, and confidence.

What you’ll do
Be a partner to our customers
Serve as the main point of contact for A&D, dealers, end-users, sales reps, and internal stakeholders.
Provide consultative support to industry professionals, interpreting specifications, recommending solutions, and supporting both standard and custom product needs.
Guide projects from concept to shipment
Communicate project timelines, deliverables, and expectations to internal teams for seamless project execution.
Monitor project progress, anticipate challenges, and provide solutions proactively.
Create thoughtful, accurate deliverables
Utilize CET to develop accurate quotes, layouts, and formal project documents based on project goals, specifications, and pricing.
Collaborate with A&D, dealers, and sales reps to ensure product solutions meet all specifications, from a single piece to full floorplans.
Champion the Watson product
Foster deep expertise in Watson’s standard and custom offerings and serve as a resource to internal and external partners.
Present design and product recommendations during customer and sales meetings.
Participate in customer visits to strengthen relationships and deepen understanding of their needs.
Maintain clarity, accuracy, and communication
Track orders in acknowledgment status and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain detailed project documentation including decisions, revisions, and customer requests.
Maintain and update opportunity details in the CRM — dates, values, notes, and all relevant information.
Understand contracts and cooperative purchasing agreements relevant to project work.
Coordinate across sales, marketing, design, engineering, and production as needed to support project success.
Provide occasional cross-coverage for other Client Experience Managers — including the Consoles Furniture division — to ensure customers receive seamless, consistent support.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and exposure to CRM systems.
Ability to learn and utilize CET to produce quotes, layouts, and deliverables (existing CET experience is a plus).
