We will rely on you to:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' businesses, risk management, and insurance needs to ensure our services meet their expectations
Manage a portfolio of commercial and corporate clients, understanding their unique risks and insurance requirements
Conduct research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals
Collaborate with senior colleagues to identify key decision-makers and expand client accounts
Exceed service standards outlined in client service agreements
Maintain active involvement in claim-related matters
Contribute to the achievement of team and business objectives
What you need to have:
Proven experience working with large commercial organizations
Confidence in interacting and presenting to clients at the board level
Experience with multinational and/or public entities
Willingness to work towards relevant qualifications in line with new competency requirements for financial advisors
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Up-to-date technical knowledge of commercial and corporate insurance classes and relevant legislation
Ability to discuss current risk issues confidently
Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
