InvestCloud's professional services team is dedicated to the success of our clients and their digital platform. We are looking for a dynamic client delivery manager that will use their skills and experience to manage resources, budgets, schedules, and scope while driving quality results and engaging stakeholders. Exceptional communication skills will ensure client satisfaction and future growth of our company.

What does a great Client Delivery Manager do?

Deliver client implementations within the defined scope and budget. Lead all aspects of the implementation life-cycle, working with sponsors/key stakeholders (external client and internal), developers, engineers, BAs, and management. Ensure quality throughout all phases of the project. Build and manage the project plan, tasks, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables. Adapt to constraints of human & financial resources and changing priorities to ensure successful delivery of the project. Ensure transparent and timely reporting of project status, issues, risks, and financials.

How you will provide meaningful contributions:

  • Own the overall delivery plan of our products and custom elements to clients from beginning to end.
  • Help create and develop implementation processes.
  • Be the main point of contact for our clients during the implementation phase.
  • Gain insight into clients’ culture, priorities, and goals to design and implement dynamic solutions.
  • Effectively communicate client needs internally, driving the resources needed for successful implementations.
  • Manage and oversee multiple implementations simultaneously.
  • Build strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction through appropriate escalation, risk management, scope control and quality delivery.
  • Manage resources and deliverables in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.
  • Create and update status, budget, schedule and scope with accuracy and timeliness that feed company KPIs.
  • Understand and use standard tools, processes, templates and best practices to ensure quality.
  • Communicate to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effectively identify risks and actionable mitigation plans.
  • Work across the organization to identify and resolve issues.
  • Highly motivated, quick learner who works independently to drive solutions in an innovative fast-paced environment; ability to take advantage of new concepts, business models, products and technology.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Exceptional communication skills with stakeholders at all levels and most importantly the client
  • Ability to identify, escalate, resolve issues
  • Risk management - ability to identify risks and develop actionable mitigation plans
  • Strong knowledge of SDLCs and methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Iterative and Waterfall
  • Create and actively manage a project plan with tasks, milestones, dependencies and due dates
  • Deliver key functional and technical aspects of IT software projects (full life cycle)
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and a growing organization
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities appropriately
  • Conduct executive level status meetings both internal and external
  • Experience with standard project management tools such as Jira, MS project, Smartsheets
  • Ability to create, track and own budgets including actuals and forecasts
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills and experience with complex multi-faceted projects
  • Prioritize the value-add activities that will result in meeting the project objectives and staying in scope
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (finance or technology)
  • 8+ years of full life cycle project management in IT with proven ability to deliver results according to specified scope, budget and timeline
  • 8+ years with industry standard project management tools, methodologies and best practices

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Financial services industry knowledge/experience and working in a matrixed (shared resources) environment
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Tempo
