Job Description

Client Connectivity is a center of excellence promotes streamlined process and optimal experience to power client interactions with the Bank across a variety of connectivity channels including application programming interface (API), and batch / file transmission.The Client Connectivity Analyst will monitor client experiences against performance targets and deliver reports to both clients and leadership. By providing in-depth analysis of the experiences, the Client Connectivity Analyst will be well-positioned to identify and orchestrate opportunities for improvement across the organization.Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings.Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically, 10 or more years of related experience

Skills/Experience

• Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area
• Strong -organizational and analytical skills
• Thorough knowledge of project management
• Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Master's degree preferred

Additional Skillsets

• Ability to create visuals / mock-ups of dashboards 
• Demonstrated information design skills for executive audiences
• Recommend improvements from data-based analysis
• Familiarity with technical support / client-facing operations
