- 2+ years of experience using account management, CRM, or ticketing tools to document interactions, track issues, and manage a client portfolio.
- Demonstrated experience interpreting data or reports (for example, transaction volumes or portfolio metrics) to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for clients.
- Proven ability to plan and organize work, manage multiple priorities, and follow through on issue resolution in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain moderately complex topics (such as pricing, funding, and product configurations) in a clear and client-friendly way.
- Associate degree in business, finance, a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:
- Experience working directly with merchants in one or more verticals such as Retail, Restaurant, Hotel, Grocery, Petro, Auto, Utility, Healthcare, Professional Services, or Beauty.
- Experience with payment processing platforms, merchant acquiring solutions, or Fiserv products, systems, and operational areas.
- Experience creating and presenting business review documents or performance summaries to external clients.
