We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and acting as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts

• Understand client goals and collaborate with internal teams to meet expectations

• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and reports

• Address client inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts

• Coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations with clients

• Maintain accurate records of client communications and account activity

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in client services, account management, or related roles

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
