• Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction

• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and service requests

• Develop a strong understanding of client needs to provide tailored solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and ensure service excellence

• Track and analyze client account performance, identifying areas for improvement

• Assist in contract negotiations and renewals

• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and account updates

• Provide regular reports on client account activity to management

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in client account management, customer service, or a related field

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
