Safety Kleen in Sacramento, CA  is seeking an Admin Support Coordinator that supervises work between branches and GCC to complete admin functions. Resolves issues and escalates to corporate teams as necessary.

Responsibilities

•    Work all GCC escalations for admin function assigned
•    Perform and support training needs for field and GCC specific to admin function
•    Work with corporate teams to resolve issues that need additional support             
•    Provide backfill for vacations, LOA, or increased workload coverage spikes
 

Qualifications

•    Basic computer and math skills
•    Good written and verbal communication skills
•    Strong customer service skills
•    Perform physical functions per job requirements 
•    Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
•    3 to 5 years experiences
