About the Role:

As a Classroom Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to support pupils' learning and create a positive, engaging classroom environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson preparation, providing targeted one-to-one and small-group support, particularly for pupils with additional needs, and helping to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school day.
