Civil Engineer (Junior / Mid / Senior)

Position Summary:
Burrow Global, LLC is seeking skilled Civil Engineers at Junior, Mid, and Senior levels to join our Beaumont, TX office. The successful candidates will support and lead civil engineering design and analysis activities across various EPC projects, including those in the Oil, Gas, and Chemical sectors. Civil Engineers will be involved in the design, preparation, and review of civil engineering documentation such as grading plans, drainage systems, and site layout designs.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Conduct civil engineering analysis and design, including grading, drainage, site layout, and infrastructure systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that civil designs align with project goals and client specifications.
• Prepare and review engineering deliverables such as site plans, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents.
• Conduct field visits to assess site conditions and ensure the accuracy of designs and feasibility.
• Use civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit) to create and review designs.
• Perform design calculations for stormwater management, roadways, and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations (e.g., ADA, AASHTO, and local building codes).
• Lead or participate in meetings with clients, contractors, and project teams to review design progress and resolve any issues.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to project requirements.

Education and Qualifications:

Junior Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited university preferred).
• 0-3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably within EPC projects.
• Familiarity with civil engineering design software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit).
• Basic knowledge of civil design codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Mid-Level Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited university preferred).
• 3-7 years of experience in civil engineering design, with exposure to EPC projects.
• Proficiency in civil engineering software (AutoCAD Civil 3D, Revit).
• Ability to lead design tasks and assist in project management.

Senior Engineer:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in civil engineering, with significant involvement in EPC projects.
• PE license preferred, but not required.
• Expertise in civil systems design, including grading, drainage, and utilities.
• Ability to lead teams and manage complex projects from design to completion.
