Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and strategic Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our Oracle Cloud transformation journey. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing and executing our cloud transformation initiatives, will own and lead the end-to-end process of migrating our internal ERP systems from on-premises infrastructure to Oracle Cloud. This position requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of enterprise IT, oracle cloud fusion and digital transformation, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement a comprehensive cloud migration strategy for ERP systems, aligning with organizational goals and optimizing business processes.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time, within scope, and on budget.

Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage project risks while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

Conduct periodic status meetings with executive leadership to provide updates and insights into the migration progress.

Oversee the technical aspects of the ERP migration, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and business processes.

Utilize domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud to guide decision-making and resolve technical challenges.

Develop comprehensive change management strategies to prepare and support the organization through the transition.

Facilitate training programs and workshops to enhance team capabilities and adoption of new cloud-based systems.

Establish and enforce quality assurance protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations during the migration.

Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement cloud security best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Adminis
