Pay & Benefits:
- Compensation: $20.07 to $28.90 hourly wage based on experience and education
- Retention Incentive: $2,000 over 2 years
- Additional Pay: Shift Differential, Annual Increases, Paid Time Off

This position is responsible for a classroom within the same age group who are at similar developmental levels. Teachers are educators that promote experiences providing high quality, developmentally appropriate, research based, cognitive and emotional outcomes. Teachers understand that the foundations for school and life readiness begins at birth. Teachers will implement the chosen curriculum in a way that accounts for research on brain development and child directed learning. Teaching staff will engage in the pursuit of personal and department wide continuous quality improvement.

Responsibilities
Performs all functions according to established policies, procedures, regulatory and accreditation requirements, as well as applicable professional standards. Provides all customers of Foundation Health with an excellent service experience by consistently demonstrating our core and leader behaviors each and every day.
Qualifications
Associates degree in Early Childhood Development or Child Development, Early Childhood Special Education
