Position Summary 

The CPO is accountable for ensuring all ministries align with and actively advance the mission and vision of FIVE18 Family Services and are living out our core values. The effective CPO is knowledgeable about and embraces a rigorous CQI, evidence-based, and sustainability mindset relative to prevention-oriented ministries and assists all program directors with these domains. Not only will this position be accountable for thriving and vision-aligned programs, but also the development of new and collaborative programs (internally and externally) that enable FIVE18’s vision to become a reality. A successful CPO at FIVE18 is faith-centered, and relentlessly goal- and vision-focused with a track record of building meaningful relationships and advancing sustainable strategies.

Essential Functions

• Accountable for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of all client services and related programs which drive family preservation.  
• Works with Ministry Leads to develop and implement program and functional strategic plans, key outcomes and growth targets that directly and substantially advance Vision 30. 
• Hires and coaches up key leadership staff in the programs to be successful as leaders. 
• Ensures fidelity to agency-approved evidence-based models of care and integrates model evaluation tools into program oversight and staff development.
• Ensures timely creation of program budgets that evidence sustainability and holds program/functional budget managers responsible for achieving budget goals.
• Develops and implements scalable and collaborative services tied to Vision 30. 
• Identifies and recruits key organizational partners with whom we can collaborate for mutual mission advancement.
• Ensures program policies and procedures are updated and followed by program staff, and are in compliance with all federal, state and local regulations and laws. 
• Fosters an emotionally safe, collaborative, and feedback-rich culture  consistent with agency cultural elements that enables our staff to grow and thrive.
