POSITION SUMMARY:The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company. Assists the CEO in the aggressive and successful growth of the company. Reporting to the CEO and serving as an integral member of the senior management team.

  • Acts as lead client-care officer, maintaining direct contact with clients and partners.
  • Assists in raising capital to meet sales, growth, and market share objectives.
  • Fosters a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.
  • Represents the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.
  • Advises senior management on financial planning, budgeting, cash flow, investments, and policy matters.
  • Serves as a management liaison to the board and audit committee, presenting financial matters effectively.
  • Contributes to strategic goals and overall management of the organization.
  • Maintains communication with the president on critical issues.
  • Represents the organization externally in banking and lease negotiations.
  • Oversees finance and operations teams, promoting high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Ensures staff receive timely and appropriate training and development.
  • Establishes and monitors staff performance goals, assigns accountabilities, and conducts performance appraisals.
  • Mentors and develops staff, supporting their professional growth.
  • Ensures adherence to the strategic plan and delivers status report
