As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO® accounting. You will oversee all accounting functions and administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring finance/accounting personnel and ensure employment best practices and compliance
• Manage the training and development plans for finance team
• Oversee performance management for office team
• Deliver financial reporting as needed
• Verify and analyze franchise performance reports
• Assist with office staffing and compensation plan as needed

 

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
• At least 3 year of management and/or supervisory experience
• At least 5 year of accounting and/or office-related experience 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail

 

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Compensation: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
