The Opportunity:

In the next phase of our growth, we are hiring a Business Experience Manager (BEM) to join our Chicago office. The BEM is the 'glue' that sits at the heart of our project teams, helping to deliver exceptional event experiences via stellar project management and meticulous co-ordination whilst standing in our Clients’ shoes so that our work delivers impact for them.

The Role:

•The ‘glue’ that holds the project team together, providing day-to-day project management and coordination activity for project teams so that our projects’ happen both on time, with real commercial focus to ensure we also deliver real impact, as well as on budget

•Organises and co-ordinates workshops and events that deliver the right experiences for client outcomes, working alongside an Events’ Producer for large scale events

•Holds strong, trusted, relationships on client-side and internally

•Supports key strategic internal initiativesThe ‘glue’ that holds the project team together, providing day-to-day coordination activity for project teams

About You:

• Suited to an early career / 2nd job
• Stellar project management skills and experience including overseeing budgets
• Insight skills to get to the nub of a problem
• Fiercely organized, able to multi-task
• Can do attitude and a self-starter
• Ability to and enjoys working at pace
• Keeps calm under pressure
• Experience of event production a plus
• Creative and able to think quickly on your feet
• A team player
• MS Office 365 skills with Photoshop/InDesign experience an advantage
