Change Implementation Consultant - Payables Technical Data Analyst

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Change Implementation Consultant in the Payables Technical Data Analyst group within the of Global Payments and Liquidity (GPL) group in Enterprise Functions. Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in complex initiatives and identify, and implement opportunities for new processes to support requirements within change implementation

• Review basic knowledge transfer, data mapping, and account movement while exercising independent judgment to guide strategic initiatives that impact multiple systems

• Identify, and provide effective training methods

• Participate in process improvement or product development and enhancement activities

• Present recommendations for resolving data, logistics, project support issues, and exercise independent judgment while developing experience in risk and compliance requirements

• Collaborate and consult with peers, management, technology, and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Change Implementation experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience reading and analyzing industry standard file formats, specifically as relates to payment processing (i.e. EDI, XML, ISO, etc.)

• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint Online, WebMethods, Designer, and Connexion

• Experience in Data Analysis, Data mapping, UAT/QA Testing, and SDLC

• Financial Electronic Commerce experience (ACH, Wire payments and other payment transactions including both domestic and international)

• Experience creating file translation mapping documentation and/or detailed functional requirements

• Proven experience in problem solving, attention to detail, and root cause analysis in a technical environment

• Ability to communicate in a professional, accurate and clear manner to a variety of internal and external contacts (technical, non-technical, peers, management)

• Ability to work in a high pressure, complex and changing environment with multiple tasks and projects on different platforms

• Experience as a liaison between sales/product & development teams

Job Expectations:

• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

• This position is a hybrid work model. Must be willing to work out of Winston Salem, NC, Minneapolis, MN, or Chandler, AZ approximately 3 days a week

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$68,000.00 - $114,000.00
