The Work You Will Do:
Right of Way Project Manager / District Right of Way
This position will contribute to the agency by ensuring all people, residential and business are relocated from the acquired property in a timely and respectful manner.

Your Specific Responsibilities:
Ensures conformance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Coordinates and directs the activities of right-of-way consultants.
Coordinates and directs the activities on right of way projects. Provides expert relocation assistance for complex parcel assignments, inclusive of performing any relocation for residential and non-residential.
Ensures data is entered into the Right of Way Management System (RWMS).
Coordinates with other offices to address and resolve issues.
Represents Right of Way at public meetings/hearings and workshops, and similar forums.
Ensures and monitors a Quality Control Program.
Reviews and approves relocation claim packages as directed by Administrator.
The Successful Candidate will have the following required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Knowledge of:
- Understanding of 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) PART 24 (Uniform Act), relating to real property acquisition and relocation assistance.
- Real Estate principles and practices.
- Quality Assurance planning for the acquisition and relocation assistance program.
Skills in:
- Effectively communicating orally and in writing.
