IT Financial Controller

Your expertise will be vital in managing accounting-related activities, monitoring daily financial tasks, and preparing detailed financial reports.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><span><b><u><span><span>Key Accountabilities</span></span></u></b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span><span>Finance and Budget management support (budget planning, resources allocation calculations, monthly accruals, actuals, invoices handling, controls and corrections in SAP, Intercompany recharges, etc.)</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Financial reconciliation and handling of expense reports as well as from a performance view</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Creating and implementing new processes when needed. Ensuring all general existing financial processes are well formalized, documented and updated.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Follow-up on the different audit controls monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually and ensure all actions are closed on time. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Update the projects portfolio and Plainview when needed; ensure if changes in processing of the quarterly invoice are easy to implement from financial side too.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Establish a valued channel of communication with all the different stakeholders</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Balance sheet reporting, analysis, reconciliations and control</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Ensure tasks performed adhere to the internal control framework</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Prepare proactively reporting/slides for Senior Management meetings such as Strategic Committee, OPS Board, etc.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span><span>Keep management proactively informed of anything that might have impact on budget and support project teams with their budget management, informing management of any deviation    </span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b><u><span>Qualifications:</span></u></b></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Proficient in financial reporting, the close process, financial data processing, and knowledgeable in financial systems like SAP.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Skilled in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with desirable skills in Power Apps.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment with conflicting priorities, while working autonomously without continuous supervision.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Fluent in English, with strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of contacts.</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Adept at dealing with confidential information diplomatically, demonstrating autonomy and proactive behavior.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span><span><b><span>We offer  </span></b></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>An international, entrepreneurial, and informal working environment with professional growth and development opportunities.
