Financial Advisor (Orange County Branches)

The Financial Advisor will assist clients in developing long-term investment strategies using a wide range of financial products and services. Success in this role depends on building and maintaining strong client relationships and providing tailored financial guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a pipeline of prospective clients and cultivate relationships.

• Analyze clients’ financial information to recommend strategies, products, and services aligned with their goals.

• Educate clients on financial products, services, and strategies in detail.

• Maintain and grow a strong client base while keeping client plans current.

• Regularly assess changes in clients’ financial status and adjust strategies accordingly.

• Provide objective financial guidance and customized investment strategies.

• Ensure high-quality client service and satisfaction.

• Collaborate positively with team members to contribute to a supportive work environment.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a financial services role.

• Series 6, 63, 7, and 66 licenses, as well as Life/Accident & Health Insurance license, required.

• Valid driver’s license required.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Compensation:

• $35,000 base salary plus commission.
