Responsible for creating and driving the Enterprise Capital Efficiency Strategy to optimize major capital programs through leveraging best practices, ways of working & project analysis strategies to improve capital efficiency and improve confidence in Capital project objectives delivery.
In this role, you will:
- Drive and operationalize the process for project analysis across Segments & Functions to improve and monitor the efficiency of capital spending through targeted KPI’s.
- Drive capital benchmarking efforts Globally both internally and externally to Kimberly-Clark.
- Ensure emerging technologies and best practices are incorporated into Global capital roadmap and programs.
- Ensure adherence to asset strategy and standards while continually evaluating the most efficient way to meet business results (and local priorities).
- Collaborate across Segments & functions to assist with project scope and timeline definition in compliance with standards, requirements, and benchmarks, while also identifying synergies to drive value.
- Drive strategic partnership with suppliers and contractors to drive maximum capital cost efficiency and ongoing ways of working optimization.
- Bring capital analytics to ensure ROI and performance are in line with objectives.
- Build and advance Global Capital Engineering skills Globally in estimation, project planning and management, and ways of working approaches to ensure capital efficiency and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with a diverse and geographically dispersed team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, best practice sharing/adoption and innovation.
- Build and sustain cross-functional and global relationships to accomplish objectives including partnerships with Segment/ABU/functional team.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field; and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated expertise leading and delivering large-scale capital projects within budget and on time
- Experience in Project Management and experience in implementing sustainable and environmental-efficient solutions
- Advanced understanding of engineering principles in manufacturing and production facilities; Proficient knowledge of global manufacturing (CPG) trends and best practice
