Job Description

Onboarding Specialist supports the management of Wolt’s restaurant portfolio in the Czech Republic by ensuring a smooth onboarding process for our partners. You will also act as a communicator between our operations team and restaurant partners in order to ensure optimal success.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring our portfolio of restaurants reaches the highest Wolt service standards by conducting frequent quality and satisfaction checks
• Successfully onboarding venues onto the Wolt platform and ensuring optimal access at necessary times
• Ensuring flawless launch of new cities, from arranging the whole trip to face-to-face intros for the partners
• Managing our restaurant liaisons by identifying, training, and keeping them up to speed with any urgent cases
• Developing our restaurant liaisons and their business by using our collected user data
• Share best practices amongst the restaurant team

Qualifications

• Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organization
• Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders Wolt-wide
• Be able to prioritize Wolt’s culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt’s growth as a successful business
• Most importantly, be part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well
