CACI is seeking a Program Manager with technical acumen to lead a worldwide operations planning and support services for our DHS Program.

About the Role:

  • Lead a complex, multi-disciplined program to deliver mission critical support within the DHS Program

  • Manage P&L for program with annual revenue of over 100 Million

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strategic roadmap, and introduce innovations and recommendations to maintain up to date environments

  • Utilize Program Management experience to optimize resource productivity, and create a customer centric organization

  • Work with corporate resources to improve program attrition

  • Create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, and manage constraints of cost, time, scope, and quality

  • Ensure team members know and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members 

  • Maintain daily coordination with the COR and Government PM, keeping them informed of relevant contract related information especially risks and issues and the  associated resolution plans and status.

  • Ensure production schedules are met and system resources are used effectively

  • Coordinate resolution of production-related problems

  • Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners, and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or higher, in Business, Financial, Management, Computer Science, Communications, Engineering or IT-related discipline or equivalent experience

  • Experience managing performance-based contract with a value over $100M per year or $500M in total contract value over the PoP

  • Experience serving as a Program or Project Manager leading and supervising a multi-disciplinary staff, overall 7 years in project management and a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT business process engineering

  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing KPIs

  • Demonstrated experience in implementing managed services approach in a multiple service provider, multi-subcontractor environment. 

  • Demonstrated experience successfully managing disparately located personnel. 

  • Demonstrated experience presenting briefings to senior customer management and customer stakeholders. 

  • Demonstrated 5 or more years of experience with management of DHS contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing DHS programs with multiple active task orders using various contract types. 

  • Knowledge and experience with software development, systems engineering, business process engineering, customer relationship management, project management, financial management, change management, risk management and IT service management.

  • An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP®) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP®) Certification

  • Ability to obtain a Security + or equivalent certification
