Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst

ServiceTitan is looking for a highly motivated Senior Revenue Accounting Analyst to play a key role within our Revenue Accounting Team. This role will be integral to ensuring the accurate accounting and reporting of revenue in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and will report to the Senior Manager, Revenue Accounting and will be instrumental in supporting the growing revenue function while playing a strategic role in the Finance function and Revenue Operations of the company.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly analyses, journal entries, and account reconciliations related to revenue and deferred revenue

• Conduct flux analyses, identify discrepancies, and provide clear explanations

• Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of processes, and assist with process improvement/automation initiative as they arise

• Support internal and external audits through timely documentation and analysis

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to optimize processes across the quote-to-cash and revenue recognition cycle

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize effectively

• Ensure compliance with SOX 404 key controls

• Take on ad hoc projects and initiatives to support continuous improvement

What you’ll bring:

• 4+ years' experience in accounting at a public accounting firm or a public software company with a focus on revenue recognition.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting or Finance.

• Experience in both public accounting and an industry/publicly traded SaaS company is strongly preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong understanding of Accounting & Revenue principles and operational business processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.

• Must possess strong communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce and Workday Financials preferred.

• Certified Public Accountant license (CPA) preferred.
