About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Manufacturing Financial Analyst to join our team! This role is pivotal in driving financial visibility and cost control within our manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for product line financial analysis, forecasting, and cost reduction strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial analysis and reporting for product lines to ensure profitability and efficiency.
  • Analyze Actuals vs. Plan/Forecast, providing clear insights, risk assessments, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Execute project cost calculationscash flow projections, and  customer quote assessments.
  • Develop and present Business Plan to senior management.
  • Maintain product cost controls in SAP, including updating standard costs and evaluating cost impacts.
  • Support cost reduction initiatives in collaboration with the manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Prepare and manage ad hoc financial reports for the manufacturing group and plant leadership.
  • Develop and enhance internal reporting tools and reports.

 

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor of Finance, Accounting, or related field.
    • Knowledge of a Cost Accountant or similar role within Bosch.
    • Experience or knowledge with analysis of cost variances, Current Forecasts and Business Planning, product costing.
    • Understanding of P&L Structure.
    • Excellent experience with SAP, Excel and solid PowerPoint skills.
    • Candidate must have initiative, drive and be team-focused.
    • Proven track record of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication, coordination and facilitation skills.
